LEGAL

Terms of Use

These terms apply to the LOTUX public website, Shop Manager, shop QR catalogues, and browser-based jewellery try-on.

Effective: 5 September 2026

Using LOTUX

You may use LOTUX only lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service, another shop, or another person. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, copy another shop’s private data, interfere with tracking or processing, or upload content you do not have permission to use.

Virtual try-on

Try-on is a visual approximation. Placement, colour, scale, and appearance can differ from the physical jewellery, camera, lighting, screen, and person. Confirm the actual product, price, fit, material, and availability with the jewellery shop before buying.

Shop responsibilities

Each shop is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its shop details, prices, product descriptions, images, messages, and offers. Shops must obtain permission to upload images and must protect their login and QR access materials.

Accounts and subscriptions

Access may depend on an active subscription and server-confirmed licence status. LOTUX may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or investigate misuse. Do not share administrative accounts or one-time shop passwords publicly.

Customer choices

Customers do not need an account to open a valid shop QR catalogue. Camera access is optional and begins only after the customer allows it. See the camera-consent information and Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

LOTUX may change, improve, temporarily interrupt, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every product image will produce a suitable filter.

Intellectual property

LOTUX software, branding, and interface remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Shops retain responsibility for and rights in their own authorised product content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LOTUX is not responsible for purchase decisions based only on a virtual preview, shop-provided inaccuracies, device incompatibility, or losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Questions and disputes should first be raised through the route on our Support page.
