Camera consent information

LOTUX uses your front camera only to place jewellery on your live image during try-on.

Live try-on camera frames are processed on your device. LOTUX does not upload or store those frames. A separate review photo is uploaded only if you choose or take one and press Submit review.

Before the camera starts

You first open the shop catalogue. The camera starts only after you choose Try now, read the permission notice, tap Allow camera, and approve the browser’s camera request.

What happens on your device

The browser detects face and body landmarks and draws the selected jewellery over the live camera view. This real-time processing stays in the browser. The shop cannot watch your camera.

Taking a picture

If you use the capture button, the picture is created locally. Choosing save creates a local download or PDF on your device. LOTUX does not receive that try-on picture. The separate review form can open your device camera or photo library; an attached review photo is sent to the shop only when you submit the review.

Your controls

Choose Not now or deny browser permission to continue without camera try-on.
Close try-on to stop the camera.
Use your browser’s site settings to revoke camera permission at any time.
Delete any downloaded picture or PDF using your device’s normal file or photo controls.
